Legal information
This page describes the legal terms governing use of Lightcraftau services in Australia, including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), liability limits, intellectual property and dispute resolution procedures.
Please read the sections below; if you need assistance, see the contact block at the end.

Terms of Service
By engaging Lightcraftau for tuning, hardware installation or diagnostics you accept these Terms. Estimates, timelines and pricing are indicative until work is authorised in writing.
Australian Consumer Law (ACL) — your rights
Lightcraftau complies with the Australian Consumer Law. For services and goods supplied, you are entitled to remedies where a failure is considered a major failure or not of acceptable quality. This includes repair, replacement or refund where appropriate.
We will assess claims against ACL guarantees and provide remedies that are consistent with statutory rights. This does not exclude other rights you may have under consumer law.

Limitation of liability & disclaimers
Except as provided by law (including ACL), Lightcraftau and its officers, employees or agents are not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss arising from services or products supplied.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure safety and compliance when recommending modifications. Modifying vehicle performance may affect warranty, insurance and road legality; you are responsible for verifying compliance with local laws and insurer requirements.
Privacy, data & cookies
Personal data collected for bookings and service provision is handled per our Privacy Policy. We store contact and vehicle records as required for service history and compliance.
Cookies and analytics are used to improve site functionality; you can manage choices via the cookie banner.
